Director General’s Office
The Unit is headed by the Director General of the Hospital who is in charge of coordinating all the activities within the hospital, lead the management committee and represent the hospital.
Medical and Allied Health Sciences Services Unit
This unit oversees clinical departments by managing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring quality service delivery. It is also responsible for training healthcare staff and interns, and supporting continuous improvement of clinical services.
Nursing Unit
The Nursing Direction is a clinical unit of HIRC composed of a team of mental health nurses. It provides addiction and mental health nursing care from admission, ensuring that patients are safe, supported, and comfortable.
Administration and Finance Unit
The Administration and Finance Unit is responsible for managing the hospital’s administrative operations and financial activities. It coordinates daily functions, streamlines management systems, monitors budgets, supervises departmental managers, improves operational efficiency, requests audits, and analyzes financial performance data.
